Step 1: Take out the telescope, open the objective lens and the eyelens cover. Students wearing glasses, rotate the eyelens to adjust the knob, and adjust the distance to the appropriate pupil distance.

Step 2: Aim at the object to be observed, slowly rotate the focus wheel clockwise or counterclockwise, subject to clearly observe the object, focus on the eye using the telescope, and the other eye opens naturally.

Step 3: When observing objects at different distances, rotate the focus wheel moderately.

Step 4: cover the eyepiece and objective lens cover, put in the velvet cloth tape, pay attention to moisture-proof.

2. How to maintain monoculars?

Step 1: Generally all monoculars are equipped with a belt or shoulder straps that you should wrap around your neck or wrist. This will help you protect the monoculars from breaking or falling. If you be at the water edge this will be a necessity.Falling into the river may damp or damage the single eye.

Step 2: Buying a waterproof monocular can be expensive for you. Therefore, you should use a zipped bag to store it after using the single cylinder.Make sure the bag is sealed properly to prevent water from entering the bag.

Step 3: After using monoculars, secure the lens cover in place to prevent damage to water, dust, or other debris.

Step 4: You may find that your single eye is blurred by the dust in the air.You should clean it to avoid blocking the view. When cleaning lenses, use a glass wipe cloth to clean the lens and avoid using general purpose glass cleaners as well as tissues, tissues, napkins or other similar materials because they scratch the lens and cause irreparable damage.

Instead, create a mixture of distilled water and a gentle cleaning solution, or use only topical alcohol.Dip a clean, soft, hairtless cloth in solution or alcohol and wipe the lens.Make sure that they are thoroughly dried before storage.

You will also need to wipe the lens after each use. Each time a monocular is pulled out, it is exposed to dirt, debris, dust, and grease on its fingers. All this dirt creates scratches on the lens that distort the image, while the grease creates stains, which also distorts the image and reduces its clarity.

Step 5: Store them in place, and you should always keep your monoculars in place.Make sure to put it in a storage box before storage and then in a cool and dry place to avoid direct sunlight. Also, make sure that the storage location is not exposed to extremely cold temperatures.

Extreme temperature, humidity, and direct sunlight can damage all the components of the monoculars, so be sure to choose a storage location with the appropriate environmental conditions.

3. Conclusion

Monoculars are similar to binoculars, and they provide enlarged images of distant objects. Some people find that using monoculars is actually easier and more effective than binoculars.Since they contain only one eyepiece, they are lighter and easier to operate. They also tend to be more powerful than binoculars.
