1. Light source filament adjustment
Old microscopes need to adjust the position of the light bulb. The light source of modern microscopes has been preset, so no adjustment is required.
2. Center adjustment of the condenser
In fact, the focus of optical axis adjustment of the microscope is the position adjustment of the condenser.

3. Adjustment of aperture apertures
Aperture installed in the condenser, the microscope on the outer edges of the condenser has a dial number and positioning, so easy to adjust the condenser and the numerical aperture of the objective to match, in principle, replacing the objective need to adjust the numerical aperture of the condenser, generally, the numerical aperture of the objective by 0.6 or 0.8 is the numerical aperture of the condenser.
